We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Operations Specialist to join our team and provide top-notch support to customers of our high-profile clients. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to all customer inquiries on Zendesk with precision and efficiency
  • Investigating order delays by coordinating with our warehouses and keeping customers informed
  • Troubleshooting technical issues related to digital products, including apps, ebooks, courses, and videos
  • Crafting macros, tags, and workflow improvements to optimize team efficiency
  • Creating informative FAQs and support articles for our clients
  • Collaborating with other teams to resolve complex problems

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience with Zendesk
  • An in-depth understanding of macros, tags, ticket management, and Zendesk features
  • The ability to handle a high volume of tickets (at least 150 daily)
  • Familiarity with social media, online businesses, and e-commerce shops
  • Proven organization skills and confidence in completing tasks
