Customer Service Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Operations Specialist to join our team on a long-term temporary assignment in Newcastle.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to work with an international leader in household products, where you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing customer orders on SAP, and running reports on Excel.
You will also be working on customer claims, uploading manual orders, and providing excellent customer service skills. If you have experience in order processing, SAP, and advanced Excel skills, we would love to hear from you.
The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:- Order processing experience.
- SAP experience.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Fantastic customer service skills.
This role is a hybrid arrangement, with 2 days spent in the office per week (Tuesday and Wednesday) and 3 days worked from home. The working hours are 5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8am and 4pm or 9am and 5pm.
Benefits:This long-term temporary assignment offers a competitive hourly rate of £13-20 per hour, equivalent to £25-39k pa. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience and build your skills in a dynamic and supportive team.
