Aerospace & Defence Business Development Manager

Are you a business development professional looking to contribute to the growth of an employee-owned tech company in Ringwood? We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our team at Dovetail Recruitment Ltd.

This is a new business development role that will play a key part in driving the ongoing growth of our company. You will work closely with our directors and marketing team to develop a roadmap to target and win new business, and build strong relationships with our existing vendor network.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a strategy to identify new market areas and sectors for the business
  • Identifying and engaging with new customers, building strong relationships
  • Leveraging existing vendor relationships to enhance market positioning and commercial opportunities
  • Leading the development of tender responses to increase the win rate, particularly in new markets

We are looking for a skilled Business Development Manager who has experience winning new business within the IT support services sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful business development strategies.

Salary and benefits: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus company profit share, 22 days annual leave, birthday as additional paid leave, private medical insurance, pension scheme, and more.
