We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a talented Business Development Manager to join our award-winning construction company, The Highfield Company.
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
Job DescriptionThis pivotal role is responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the aerospace and defence sectors. As a key member of our team, you will proactively identify new business opportunities, foster strategic partnerships, and enhance our market presence.
- You will develop compelling business presentations to effectively communicate our value proposition to existing and prospective clients.
- Previous experience in Business Development or related fields is preferred, with construction industry knowledge highly desirable.
Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with strong research, analytical, and reporting abilities.

In recognition of your dedication and expertise, we offer a competitive remuneration package, inclusive of a car/travel allowance.
