Tudor Employment is looking for a Senior Practitioner - Children's Services to join our team at a children's care home in Burton on Trent.

As a Senior Practitioner, you will be responsible for working with children and young people, creating positive outcomes and promoting independence. You will also support the daily running of the home, senior management decisions, leading teams, conducting supervisions, planning shifts, and engaging in direct practical interactions.

We require a NVQ Level 3 Children's residential or equivalent qualification, experience in a children's home setting, supervisory experience, a full UK driving licence, and a passion to help nurture young people.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £28,000 per year, plus sleep ins paid at an additional £60 per night, opportunities for personal and professional development, funded training, voucher schemes, birthday rewards, employee recognition, funded DBS and Update Service, and 28 days annual leave with incremental increases after one year.
