Tudor Employment is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Residential Care Practitioner to join our team at a children's care home in Burton on Trent.

As a Senior Residential Care Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily running of the home and senior management decisions. You will lead teams, conduct supervisions, plan shifts, support team development, and engage in direct practical interactions with children and young people.

The ideal candidate will have a NVQ Level 3 Children's residential or equivalent qualification, experience in a children's home setting, supervisory experience, a full UK driving licence, and a passion to help nurture young people.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 per year, plus sleep ins paid at an additional £60 per night, opportunities for personal and professional development, funded training, voucher schemes, birthday rewards, employee recognition, funded DBS and Update Service, and 28 days annual leave with incremental increases after one year.
