Autism Lead Practitioner Specialist

Main area of responsibility lies within the Transformation Unit, overseeing clinical operations in multiple specialities including obstetrics and gynaecology.
As an experienced Lead Practitioner, you will provide strategic leadership and support to ensure high-quality patient care delivery.
This involves undertaking a coordinator role, managing day-to-day activities, troubleshooting, and working collaboratively with fellow Lead Practitioners and senior staff members.
Main Duties:- To coordinate, organize, and take responsibility for the management and organization of clinical teams across different specialties.
- Provide specialist clinical advice to support and facilitate individualized care to patients/clients and relatives/carers.
- Deliver clinical leadership through effective monitoring and implementation of standards and evidence-based practice.
Estimated Salary:£46,148 - £52,809 per annum (pro rata)
