Job Description:

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of patients and families. As a Lead Practitioner in Gynaecology and Theatres, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating clinical operations, providing specialist advice, and developing strategies to improve patient outcomes.

Key Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience as a Team leader within Theatres
  • Specialist Knowledge in obstetrics and gynaecology
  • Recent evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities
  • Evidence of change management experience

Salary:£46,148 - £52,809 per annum (pro rata)
