Job Title: Operational Equipment Manager

Location: Burton Upon Trent, UK

Full Time - Permanent

Shift Pattern: 4 Weekly Pattern, covering morning, weekend, off, afternoon and night shifts.

Estimated Salary: £50,000 per annum, with a comprehensive benefits package including product allowance, bonus scheme, access to 24/7 Private GP services, enhanced company pension contribution, generous holiday entitlement (including bank holidays), life assurance, and access to a range of high street discounts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of equipment and machinery in our brewery environment, ensuring the smooth operation of processes and procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced industry, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of operational management principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the operation and maintenance of equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency in accordance with industry standards.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure smooth operation of processes and procedures across the site.
  • Managing budgets and resources to optimize equipment performance and minimize costs.
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to colleagues and customers.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a maintenance or engineering role in a similar industry, preferably in a supervisory or management capacity.
  • Strong understanding of operational management principles, with knowledge of relevant safety protocols.
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
