Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assessing and diagnosing patients' health needs, using your advanced clinical skills to provide comprehensive consultations and develop treatment plans.
- Leading clinical teams and collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless patient care.
- Mentoring junior clinical staff to support their professional development.
- Providing expert advice on minor illnesses and injuries, and referring patients to specialist services as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Master's degree in Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent qualification.
- Registration as a Nurse, Paramedic, Pharmacist, or other relevant healthcare profession.
- Experience in prescribing medicine and working within local agreed pathways and protocols.
- A strong understanding of minor illnesses and injuries, with the ability to develop your skills further.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a passion for supporting and mentoring others.

- An estimated annual salary of £53,000 - £63,000, depending on location and experience.
