We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Clinical Lead Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting our multi-disciplinary teams in delivering high-quality care services.


Your key responsibilities will include:



  • Assessing and diagnosing patients' health needs, using your advanced clinical skills to provide comprehensive consultations and develop treatment plans.
  • Leading clinical teams and collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Mentoring junior clinical staff to support their professional development.
  • Providing expert advice on minor illnesses and injuries, and referring patients to specialist services as needed.

To be successful in this role, you will require:



  • A Master's degree in Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent qualification.
  • Registration as a Nurse, Paramedic, Pharmacist, or other relevant healthcare profession.
  • Experience in prescribing medicine and working within local agreed pathways and protocols.
  • A strong understanding of minor illnesses and injuries, with the ability to develop your skills further.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a passion for supporting and mentoring others.
