About the Role

We are seeking a skilled HR Administrative Assistant to join The GelBottle Inc.'s vibrant, founder-led team. As part of our dynamic growth journey, this role offers the perfect opportunity for someone enthusiastic about HR and keen to make a meaningful contribution to our diverse B2B and B2C brands.

This position reports directly to the People & Talent Director and supports the rest of the team. As the primary point of contact for all HR administrative enquiries, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all data and streamlining HR administrative processes throughout the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate onboarding processes, arrange first-day inductions, and monitor probationary reviews with line managers.
  2. Serve as the HiBob system expert, driving improvements, managing workflows, and liaising with the account manager.
  3. Respond promptly to HR enquiries, adhering to agreed service level agreements.
  4. Collaborate on implementing HR processes, such as appraisals, training, onboarding, and off-boarding.
  5. Support recruitment efforts, including uploading job requisitions, scheduling interviews, and distributing contracts.
  6. Maintain the HR intranet portal for convenient employee access to essential information.
  7. Promote data integrity by providing timely HR metrics reports to HRBPs and SLT.
