Job Title: HR Administrator

We are seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join our vibrant founder-led company, The GelBottle Inc. This exciting role offers the opportunity to contribute to a diverse portfolio of B2B and B2C brands in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

  • This is a hybrid role working a minimum of 23 days per week in the office.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for the accuracy of all data and driving the efficiency of all HR administrative processes throughout the employee journey from onboarding to offboarding.
  • The HR Administrator will support key people initiatives and projects to continuously improve our ways of working, such as enhancing our Payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead onboarding processes, coordinate first-day inductions, and track probationary reviews with line managers.
  • Act as the HiBob system expert, driving improvements, managing workflows, and liaising with the account manager.
  • Maintain the people calendar, ensuring timely responses to key dates like benefit renewals and system updates.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR enquiries, ensuring prompt responses within agreed SLAs.
  • Support the implementation of HR processes, including appraisals, training, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Collaborate with managers and Finance to ensure accurate and timely payroll submissions.
  • Assist with recruitment tasks, including requisition uploads, interview scheduling, and sending contracts.
  • Prepare employee communications, such as letters, contractual updates, and presentations.
  • Implement and maintain the HR intranet portal for easy employee access to key information.
  • Ensure accurate people data across HR metrics, delivering reports to HRBPs and SLT on schedule.

Requirements:

  • A keen interest in HR with some previous exposure to at least one people-related function (e.g., Recruitment, L&D, or Reward).
  • Proven experience working at pace and juggling multiple competing priorities.
  • HiBob or similar HRIS experience.
  • Studying towards (or have completed) an entry-level HR-related qualification.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a drive for accuracy and pride in their work.
  • Ability to work well with other departments on business-critical work, such as payroll and other processes.
  • Possess integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • An outcome-focused mindset with a willingness to drive projects through to completion.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
