About Our Company:
Archard Talent Limited is a fast-growing design and manufacturing business based in Brighton, East Sussex. We are looking for a skilled HR Admin Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis to help us deliver our business objectives.
Job Summary:
This role will involve providing administrative support to our management team, handling incoming calls and emails, processing purchase and sales orders, and coordinating appointments, meetings, and events. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for our staff, clients, and visitors.
Main Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Manage incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer service to our staff, clients, and visitors.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the management team, including answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
- Event Coordination: Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring all arrangements are made in a timely and efficient manner.
- Training and Development: Coordinate and document completion of all required mandatory training sessions.
- Appraisal Process: Assist with the appraisal process and maintain precise records of all related discussions.
- Data Protection: Adhere to data protection and confidentiality guidelines when handling sensitive information.
Requirements and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a Human Resources (HR) team. You should also possess proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as well as a strong attention to detail.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is £14 per hour, paid on a part-time basis for 4 days a week. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and develop your skills in a supportive environment.
