Job Summary:
The HR Partner will collaborate with senior leaders and managers, providing expert guidance on HR policies, workforce planning, employee relations, and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with school leaders to drive organisational success through effective HR strategies.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
- Lead on key HR initiatives, including recruitment, retention, and talent development.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices across the trust.
- Support the implementation of organisational change projects.
- Analyse HR metrics to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably within the education sector or a multi-site organisation. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices is essential.
