About the Role

This Service Desk Administrator position is a fantastic opportunity to join our team in Ballyclare and contribute to the success of our client. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and providing excellent customer service.

You will be working closely with the Workshop Foreman to plan and execute jobs, ensuring maximum efficiency and profitability. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures, as well as experience with customer-facing software and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Collaborate with the Workshop Foreman to plan and execute jobs
  • Monitor and maintain vehicle and customer databases
  • Issue workshop job cards and track progress
  • Process and close out workshop job cards, assisting with invoicing
  • Make outbound sales and customer care calls
  • Create maintenance contract quotes and sell maintenance contracts
Requirements
  • GCSE Level education (English and Maths)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with customer-facing software and systems
Work Schedule

Mondays to Thursdays: 08:00-21:00 (one late finish between shifts)

Fridays: 08:00-18:00

Saturdays: 07:00-14:00 (usually one in four)

Salary: £25,000
