Service Desk Administrator Job Description

Brook Street UK is seeking a highly motivated Service Desk Administrator to join our team in Ballyclare. As the first point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and resolving technical issues efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Managing and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Developing and implementing efficient workflows to optimize productivity.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in IT support with experience in a help desk environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with diverse customer groups.
  • Proficiency in database management and scheduling software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 per annum based on experience.
