About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in service desk operations and be able to provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries. Responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support
- Managing and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
- Developing and implementing efficient workflows to ensure seamless service delivery
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a service desk environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Salary: £29,500 per annum (dependent on experience).
