About the Role
Brook Street UK is recruiting a Help Desk Operations Manager to join our team in Ballyclare. As the primary point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and resolving technical issues promptly.
Key Accountabilities:
- Providing top-notch customer service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Managing and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Developing and implementing efficient workflows to optimize productivity.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
What You'll Need:
- Proven experience in IT support with a focus on customer service.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Salary Range: £27,500 - £32,000 per annum based on experience.
