Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Refrigeration division, assisting with the allocation of Asda project orders and maintaining relevant information.

Raising, monitoring, and recording of all purchase and hire orders is a key responsibility, as well as investigating invoice queries where necessary. Maintaining the equipment hire log to monitor hire status and controlling costs are also essential tasks.

Liaison with equipment suppliers and notification of delivery issues to project managers is critical to ensuring smooth operations. Managing equipment deliveries, returns, and replacements is another vital responsibility.

This role requires strong PC literacy, experience using FM & telephony systems, and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A flexible approach to working hours is also essential.

Estimated salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum. This is a full-time, permanent position based in an office environment, with flexibility to work from home.
