**The Vacancy**

Job Function:
To provide administration support to the Finance department whilst operating in compliance with company policy and procedure.
Principle Accountabilities:

- Representing the company in a professional and competent manner at all times and develop strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Oversee all subcontractor payments making any tax deductions necessary.
- Preparation and submission of CIS returns.
- Completion of monthly statements for subcontractors.
- Maintenance of the subcontractors’ database, ensuring accuracy of information held.
- Provision of support to the payroll department.
- Administer the monthly travel and accommodation report.
- Provide administrative support at Senior Team Meetings.
- Completion of general administrative duties.
- To comply with any other reasonable task or request as directed by senior management.

Key Performance Indicators:

- Preparation, reporting and submission of CIS obligations.
- Distribution of monthly subcontractor statements.
- Maintenance of subcontractors’ database.
- Maintenance of monthly travel and accommodation report.
- Attendance at monthly Senior Management team meeting and distribution of minutes.
- Assisting Payroll Department with processing.
