HRC Recruitment are working with an esteemed company in Glasgow, renowned for its rich history and commitment to excellence. We're seeking a skilled administrator to be part of a dynamic team.
As a Business Services Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting key stakeholders and ensuring smooth operations. Your expertise in hospitality or events administration will be invaluable in enhancing the company’s services.
**What we're looking for**:
- Proven experience in catering/events administration
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail
- A proactive "can-do" attitude and a team player mentality
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Reviewing and optimising departmental procedures
- Coordinating key administrative tasks for the Business Services Manage
- Maintaining EPOS and catering management software, including reporting and stock control
- Contributing to various administrative tasks to enhance our catering operation
- HRC Recruitment acts as both an employment business and an employment agency._
**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
