Overview of the Job

We are seeking an experienced Adult Psychiatrist to join our team at NELFT North East London Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing senior medical support and guidance to the multidisciplinary team while delivering high-quality care to adults with mental health needs.

**The Role**

In this role, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care services to patients across West Barking and Dagenham. Your key responsibilities will include working as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing senior medical support and guidance, working directly with adults and their families, and participating in the on-call rota with a 3% Category A on-call supplement.

**Working Conditions**

The post holder will work alongside another Adult Consultant Psychiatrist and GPvTS trainees in the West Mental Health Wellness Team, based at Barking Community Hospital, Upney Lane, Barking, Essex, IG11 9LX. This is a substantive contract with frequency 1:50 hours per week, and a 3% basic salary Category A on-call supplement.

**Compensation and Benefits**
