About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Barking Hall in Needham Market. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the health and wellbeing of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living activities and personal care needs
  • Work collaboratively with our care team to deliver excellent care standards
  • Participate in training and development programmes to enhance your skills

Requirements:

You will have a strong desire to deliver exceptional care, with a kind and caring approach. Previous experience in a care setting is beneficial, but we offer comprehensive training and development opportunities.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £11.60 per hour (£11.75 with NVQ)
  • Full-time hours on night shift with bank shifts available
