About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Community Impact Specialist to join our team at ReWork Recruitment Group Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping the social value of our latest project in London / LB of Newham.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement programs to boost local employment and training initiatives
- Collaborate with local community groups and residents to understand their needs and concerns
- Present your social value strategy to stakeholders and ensure its successful execution
Requirements:
- Comprehensive experience working in a Social Value Manager / Residential Liaison Officer / Customer Liaison Office capacity within a main contractor
- Ambition to continue working for a major main contractor delivering amazing projects that add real value
