Responsibilities:
- Delivering first-class support services to our clients and stakeholders
- Collaborating with the team to resolve technical issues and improve our services
- Participating in user administration and maintenance of our IT infrastructure
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a service desk setting at 2nd line level
- Excellent technical knowledge of Windows, MAC OSX, and Office 365
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- High level of technical understanding of PCs, printers, and peripherals
