About the Role:

The CLR Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Renewals Coordinator to join our team. As a Renewals Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our property management services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the renewal process for existing tenancies, ensuring timely and efficient communication with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases to track tenancy renewals, lease agreements, and related documentation.
  • Collaborate with our lettings team to ensure seamless transitions and minimize disruptions to our clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors to provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, document preparation, and filing, to maintain a well-organized and efficient workflow.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a property management or lettings setting, preferably in a coordinator or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the needs of the business.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary, commensurate with experience, ranging from £22,000 to £25,000 per annum (pro rata).
  • A part-time schedule, with the flexibility to choose your own 3 days per week, between 8:30am and 6:00pm.
