If so, this opportunity is for you Our client, a prominent housing organization, is on the lookout for a dedicated professional to deliver exceptional administrative support to their energetic Directorate Team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to Directors and support the Executive PA with various tasks.
  • Organize meetings and manage email communications with outstanding organizational skills.
  • Accurately document significant discussions by taking minutes during senior management, board, and committee meetings.
  • Assist in coordinating corporate events, including board meetings and scheme openings.
  • Contribute to special initiatives such as communication updates and mail-outs.
  • Ensure all tasks are performed in line with the organization's Equality & Diversity and Health & Safety Policies.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in administrative roles supporting senior-level managers in an office or similar environment.
  • Proficiency in maintaining organized records, including minutes and action logs.
  • Confidence in providing minute-taking services is essential.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):
  • Experience in the housing sector.

Desired Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse individuals.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
