Are you an administrative expert with a strong desire to assist high-level management? Do you excel in a fast-paced setting where each day presents new challenges? If so, this opportunity is for you Our client, a prominent housing organization, is on the lookout for a dedicated professional to deliver exceptional administrative support to their energetic Directorate Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to Directors and support the Executive PA with various tasks.
- Organize meetings and manage email communications with outstanding organizational skills.
- Accurately document significant discussions by taking minutes during senior management, board, and committee meetings.
- Assist in coordinating corporate events, including board meetings and scheme openings.
- Contribute to special initiatives such as communication updates and mail-outs.
- Ensure all tasks are performed in line with the organization's Equality & Diversity and Health & Safety Policies.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in administrative roles supporting senior-level managers in an office or similar environment.
- Proficiency in maintaining organized records, including minutes and action logs.
- Confidence in providing minute-taking services is essential.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively.
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):
- Experience in the housing sector.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse individuals.
- Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
