Job Summary

This role is based in Warwick, England, and will be part of the Product Centre team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, providing customer service, and assisting with product store set-up at events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory items, including processing and transferring between warehouses
  • Set up and manage promotions
  • Collect inventory from the warehouse and transport it back to the Product Centre
  • Support the Product Centre Manager with inventory management
  • Assist the Facilities Team with warehouse-related matters
  • Collaborate with the Health & Safety Manager on warehouse safety
  • Input, pick, and pack orders accurately
  • Maintain high levels of customer service
  • Support the Product Centre Manager with delayed payment event stock orders
  • Send commercial invoices and free orders as required
  • Collate packaging data for regulatory compliance
  • Assist the Events team with event planning and set-up
  • Perform other duties as necessary, including sending daily post and parcels
Requirements

Working Arrangements

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with at least one Saturday per month (paid as overtime) and occasional weekend event working (paid as overtime)
