• Adhere to established company protocols and guidelines to maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Oversee the efficient operation of the kitchen and dining services, ensuring a seamless experience for all patrons.
• Lead and mentor kitchen staff, providing on-the-job training and support.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in storage areas, ensuring proper handling and storage of food items.
• Keep accurate records of daily operations, including temperature logs and inventory management.
• Manage the ordering and receipt of food supplies as necessary.
• Exhibit reliability and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
• Foster a collaborative team atmosphere while also demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.
