Are you skilled in administration and passionate about providing support to high-level management? Do you excel in a fast-paced environment where every day presents new challenges? If so, our client, a prominent housing organization, is looking for a Junior Personal Assistant to deliver effective and efficient administrative assistance to their dynamic Directorate Team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive administrative support to the Directors and assist the PA to the Chief Executive with various tasks.
  • Organize meetings and manage email inquiries with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Document key discussions by taking minutes during senior management, board, and committee meetings.
  • Assist in coordinating corporate events such as board and committee meetings, scheme openings, and more.
  • Contribute to special projects including communication updates and mail-outs.
  • Ensure all tasks are performed in accordance with the organization’s Equality & Diversity and Health & Safety Policies.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in administrative roles supporting senior-level managers in an office or similar environment.
  • Experience in maintaining organized records, including minutes and action logs.
  • Confidence in providing minute-taking services - THIS IS ESSENTIAL.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Able to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):
  • Experience in the housing sector.

Desired Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with diverse individuals.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • A positive “can-do” attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding service to colleagues, external clients, and residents.
