About the Role:

The CLR Group is seeking a highly organized and motivated Part-Time Renewals Coordinator to join our team. As a Renewals Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our estate agency's renewals process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of the tenancy and lettings process, including the ability to maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
  • Liaise with referencing providers to ensure referencing is complete within a quick turnaround time.
  • Work with negotiators to ensure tenant requests are met prior to move-in.
  • Deal with all administrative tasks and coordinate tenancies to ensure a smooth move-in.

Requirements:

  • Some level of experience is preferred in a similar role, however experience in a letting or estate agency setting will also be considered.
  • The successful candidate must demonstrate and prove the following:
    • Being a team player
    • Demonstrating self-motivation
    • Experience working in an estate agency setting within lettings
    • Ability to work well under pressure
    • Highly organized with strong communication skills
    • Professional and well-presented
    • Ability to work towards deadlines

Benefits:

  • Depending on experience, salary between £22,000 - £25,000 p.a. (pro rata)
  • 3 days per week (choosing of their own choice) – 8.30am – 6pm
