- Activities & Events Coordinator
- Our client a London based non-profit organisation are seeking an Activities and Events Coordinator to be responsible for organising a wide range of activities and events for the residents to support their goals to independent living.- General Duties:
- Responsible for leading and organising industry-relevant events and activities
- To build and maintain relationships with external agencies and key community group
- To design, organise and deliver various workshops related to education, training and employment.
- Develop and analyse event KPIs and gather qualitative feedback to measure the value and success of each event or activity
- Undertake various marketing, advertising, and promoting activities
- To build and maintain professional relationships with external stakeholders
- To assist in organising company in-house events such as Christmas parties, social and team building events and other related events and activities
- To create weekly/monthly/annual activities and events scheduling calendar
