About the Role:

Nurse Seekers is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Lead Receptionist to join our team at a well-established dental practice. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient patient flow, while providing exceptional patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the front desk operations, ensuring seamless patient flow and efficient use of resources.
• Greet and assist patients with appointment scheduling, queries, and payments, providing a warm and welcoming environment.
• Coordinate with dental staff to manage appointments and patient records, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
• Supervise and support the reception team, providing training and guidance as needed to ensure excellent patient service.
• Maintain a clean and professional reception area, adhering to high standards of hygiene and organization.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting, with a proven track record of providing exceptional patient care.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficient in using dental practice management software, with a strong understanding of its applications and benefits.
