SALES ROLE SUMMARY

Harness Inc is seeking a sales professional who can drive growth in our mid-market segment.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a sales champion and leader who is passionate about building the next great software company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Exceed sales targets by winning new logos and managing full sales cycles from prospect to close.
  2. Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth.
  3. Collaborate with sales engineering and sales development teams to achieve sales goals.
  4. Utilize data-driven approaches to track progress and inform sales strategies.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. A proven track record of driving and closing deals.
  2. Account planning and execution skills.
  3. Ability to sell C-Level and across both IT and business units.
  4. Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals.
  5. Strong understanding of sales methodologies, including MEDDIC.
  6. Proven consultative sales solution skills.
  7. Ability to maintain high productivity and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
