SALES ROLE SUMMARY
Harness Inc is seeking a sales professional who can drive growth in our mid-market segment.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a sales champion and leader who is passionate about building the next great software company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Exceed sales targets by winning new logos and managing full sales cycles from prospect to close.
- Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with sales engineering and sales development teams to achieve sales goals.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to track progress and inform sales strategies.
REQUIREMENTS
- A proven track record of driving and closing deals.
- Account planning and execution skills.
- Ability to sell C-Level and across both IT and business units.
- Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, including MEDDIC.
- Proven consultative sales solution skills.
- Ability to maintain high productivity and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
