Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pastoral Manager to join our team at a SEN school in Crosby. As a key member of the school's pastoral team, you will play a vital role in supporting students' wellbeing, behaviour, and academic progress.
The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students, parents, and colleagues. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a SEN setting, is essential.
Key Requirements- Previous experience in a pastoral or student support role.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding procedures and child protection.
