Student Wellbeing Coordinator

EDEX is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Academic Support Officer to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing to the academic and personal development of students.
As an Academic Support Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting students in achieving their academic potential, working closely with Form Tutors and other support staff to implement the Academy Behaviour Management Policy
- Coordinating resources to ensure the effective delivery of support services, promoting student wellbeing and safety
- Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance student outcomes
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to motivate and inspire young people, and have a strong understanding of career paths and higher education. Previous experience within the role is ideal but not essential.
The salary for this position is £23,000 per annum, and the school offers a range of benefits, including a cycle-to-work scheme, car benefit scheme, and excellent training and CPD opportunities.
