We are looking for a Youth Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team at Tempest Resourcing Limited. As a Youth Wellbeing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe environment where students can thrive, rebuild confidence, and develop coping strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Support young people with social, emotional, and mental health support needs as a Mental Health Support Worker in a secondary SEMH school.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and parents to provide comprehensive support to students.
- Develop and implement personalized learning plans to meet each student's needs.
- Use behaviour management techniques to promote a positive learning atmosphere and encourage student engagement.
- Build trusting relationships with students to foster open communication and address their emotional and wellbeing needs.
- Monitor and report on student progress to ensure effective support.
The salary for this position is estimated to be £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
