Join Our Team as a Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at The Avalon Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities or additional needs to live the life they choose.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with daily living skills, such as personal care and household tasks
  • Accompany individuals to appointments and activities
  • Help individuals to find work and engage in meaningful activities
  • Build meaningful and lasting relationships with the people you support
