Senior Support Worker Opportunity

Our services in Doncaster, South Yorkshire provide excellent care and support to individuals with a range of support needs, including learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead the team to enable tenants to have a high quality of life and be important and valued members of the local community.
  • Ensure personal, practical, emotional, and social support is delivered at all times.
  • Assist Team Leaders and Registered Manager in ensuring all residents receive the highest quality care and support.

As a Senior Support Worker, you will work flexibly according to the needs of the service, including daytimes, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

We require at least two years' experience in providing care and support to people with complex support needs. Compassion, motivation, diligence, and the ability to empathise with individuals are essential qualities for this role.

You must be warm, well-organised, and conscientious, with good verbal and written communication skills. You will be required to work on a rota, undertaking early, late, and weekend duties as required.

We offer a probationary bonus, pension contributions, 28 days Annual Leave, and company-paid enhanced DBS. Full training is provided, as is the opportunity to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
