We are seeking a compassionate and highly motivated Senior Support Worker to join our team in Doncaster, South Yorkshire. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with complex needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and leading the team to ensure tenants receive excellent care and support.
  • Ensuring personal, practical, emotional, and social support is delivered at all times.
  • Working closely with Team Leaders and Registered Managers to ensure residents receive the highest quality care and support.

You will be required to work flexibly, including daytimes, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. A minimum of two years' experience in providing care and support to individuals with complex needs is essential for this role.

We are looking for someone who is warm, well-organised, and conscientious, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will be required to work on a rota, undertaking early, late, and weekend duties as required.
