**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Senior Support Worker in our Doncaster Supported Living Services. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and lead the team to ensure tenants receive a high-quality of life and are valued members of the local community.
  • Ensure personal, practical, emotional, and social support is delivered at all times.
  • Assist Team Leaders and Registered Manager in ensuring all residents receive the highest quality care and support.

**Requirements**

  • At least two years' experience in providing care and support to individuals with complex needs.
  • Compassion, motivation, diligence, and ability to empathize with individuals.
  • Warm, well-organized, and conscientious with good verbal and written communication skills.
