Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Social Worker to join our teams across Doncaster. As a Social Worker, you will play a key role in supporting adults to achieve their outcomes and live the lives they choose.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake holistic conversations with adults, carers, and families to help them make informed choices and decisions.
  • Enable adults to clarify and express their needs and achieve their outcomes, manage risk, and contribute to building a life based on what matters to them.
  • Embed our practice framework, which is based on strong legally literate and rights-based practice.

Requirements

  • Qualified Social Worker with a passion for supporting people in Doncaster.
  • Motivated individual with a focus on improving practice and wellbeing outcomes for adults.
  • Ability to work as part of a dedicated team and contribute to the development and implementation of the locality-based approach.
