We are seeking a compassionate and motivated individual to fill the role of Senior Support Worker in our Doncaster Supported Living Services. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality, person-centered support to individuals with complex needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and leading the support team to ensure tenants receive excellent care and support.
  • Ensuring personal, practical, emotional, and social support is delivered at all times.
  • Collaborating with Team Leaders and Registered Managers to ensure residents receive the highest quality care and support.

As a Senior Support Worker, you will work flexibly according to the needs of the service, including daytimes, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. We require at least two years' experience in providing care and support to individuals with complex needs. Compassion, motivation, diligence, and the ability to empathize with individuals are essential qualities for this role.

You will be required to work on a rota, undertaking early, late, and weekend duties as needed. We offer a probationary bonus, pension contributions, 28 days' Annual Leave, and company-paid enhanced DBS. Full training is provided, as is the opportunity to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
