Your role will involve overseeing the building and behavior of our residents, ensuring their well-being and safety at all times.", "h3": "Key Responsibilities", "ul": ["Attending shifts reliably and on time to ensure continuous cover", "Carrying out daily administrative tasks, including taking rent and answering telephone calls", "Providing a visible security presence, patrolling premises as scheduled and dealing with issues arising", "Ensuring that buildings and entry points are secure", "Cleaning communal areas, bathrooms, toilets, and vacant bedrooms as needed", "Acting as the professional point of contact with emergency and statutory services", "Monitoring CCTV screens and dealing with issues arising, and liaising with police where needed", "Maintaining accurate shift logs of patrols, incidents, visitors, and other security matters", "Carrying out maintenance tasks and overseeing contractors as specified by the relevant manager", "Conducting and recording routine checks on hygiene, fire, and other safety provisions", "Supervising access to the laundry and the loan of equipment, including the iron and hoover", "Taking appropriate steps to ensure engagement with YMCA Doncaster's support and other programs, and taking action where a client is unable or unwilling to engage", "Developing and maintaining professional relationships with members, users, and with other staff, and maintaining confidentiality at all times", "Working to the policies and procedures of YMCA Doncaster", "Participating in a varied rota contributing to the provision of a 24-hour, year-round service"]}
