Housing Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and flexible individual to join our team as a Housing Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a safe and supportive environment for vulnerable young people.
Key Responsibilities
To provide a visible presence on site, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.
To carry out daily administrative tasks, including taking rent and answering telephone calls.
To conduct client interviews, move-ins and move-outs, including inductions and benefit applications.
To maintain accurate records of incidents, visitors and other security matters.
To participate in a varied rota, contributing to the provision of a 24-hour, year-round service.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive rate of pay, a reliable income and a role that can be permanent if you want that - or a springboard to a career in housing or charity work, giving you a superb grounding in the whole range of frontline issues.
Working Hours
An average of 40 hours per week, with variable hours, including daytime and night shifts. We confirm shifts a minimum of one week in advance.
