SEND Support Specialist

This is a unique opportunity for a skilled and compassionate Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our team and provide high-quality support to children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). As part of our dedicated team, you will be responsible for assisting the classroom teacher in planning and delivering tailored learning activities that cater to the diverse needs of our students. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with the SEND coordinator to develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs), managing classroom behaviour, and fostering social and emotional development through interactive activities. To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record of working with children with SEND, relevant qualifications in early childhood education or SEND support, and excellent interpersonal skills.
