Key Requirements:

  • Prior experience working with children or young people with SEND, particularly in a 1:1 support capacity\
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, patience, empathy, and relationship-building abilities\
  • Commitment to inclusive education and a passion for supporting students with diverse needs\
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in education, psychology, or a related field (desirable)\
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development\
