Early Years SEND Support Specialist
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to support our team in delivering tailored learning activities for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). The successful candidate will assist the classroom teacher and provide specialised assistance to children with SEND.
This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's early education. As a key member of our team, you will help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
You will work closely with the SEND coordinator to implement individual education plans (IEPs) and foster social and emotional development through positive interactions and activities.
We are looking for an individual with patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children with special needs. Previous experience working with children with SEND is preferred, but not essential. Relevant qualifications in early childhood education or SEND support are a plus.
The role offers opportunities for professional development and training, as well as a competitive salary and benefits package.
