Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Early Years specialist to provide support to children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). The successful candidate will work closely with the classroom teacher to deliver tailored learning activities and assist in managing classroom behaviour. This role offers opportunities for professional development and training.

About the Role:
This position requires patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children with special needs. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children with SEND and relevant qualifications in early childhood education or SEND support. Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and delivering tailored learning activities for children with SEND
- Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Support the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) and collaborate with the SEND coordinator
- Foster social and emotional development through positive interactions and activities
