Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to provide specialised assistance to children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in January 2025. This role involves supporting the classroom teacher in planning and delivering tailored learning activities for children with SEND.

Main Responsibilities:
Assist in managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment. Collaborate with the SEND coordinator to support the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs). Foster social and emotional development through positive interactions and activities. Provide SEN support to students, helping them achieve their full potential. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children with SEND, relevant qualifications in early childhood education or SEND support, patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children with special needs.
